SUMMARY
SQUIRE is seeking an experienced, analytical, and process-oriented Product Marketing Manager to support go-to-market strategy and execution for our core platform serving barbershop owners and professionals.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role is focused on bringing new features and products to market with clarity and precision. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our launches are insight-driven, operationally sound, and aligned with SQUIRE’s broader business priorities.
You’ll bring structure to how we launch, strengthen our understanding of the customer, and help ensure that what we build—and how we bring it to market—truly meets the evolving needs of our barber community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with Product Managers to refine go-to-market strategy and ensure alignment between product roadmap and SQUIRE’s business goals
- Lead planning and execution of product and feature launches, developing repeatable processes that drive alignment, clarity, and efficiency
- Craft compelling positioning and messaging based on deep understanding of user needs, product value, and market context
- Develop and maintain persona frameworks and customer segmentation to inform marketing, sales, and product development efforts
- Gather and synthesize customer insights, usage data, field feedback, and competitive intelligence—feeding those insights back into Product to help shape roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create high-quality enablement materials, including training decks, product briefs, FAQs, and objection-handling tools
- Partner with Lifecycle and Growth Marketing to ensure consistent and effective product messaging across campaigns and customer touch points
- Track and report on product marketing performance, using data to inform iteration and improve adoption outcomes over time
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Marketing or go-to-market roles at a B2B SaaS company.
- A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving—able to interpret data, distill insight, and make recommendations that drive action.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to roadmap and GTM strategy with clarity and strategic thinking.
- Experience defining and implementing process frameworks that bring greater efficiency, consistency, and decision-making clarity to launch execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product value to both internal teams and external audiences.
- Deep curiosity about users and their needs, and a consistent focus on driving adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, create scalable systems, and connect dots across teams.

- Familiarity with the barbershop, salon, or appointment-based business landscape
- Proficiency with tools like Productboard, Looker, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Customer.io

- Base Salary (DOE: $130,000 - $140,000)
