Job Overview
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how prospects and customers understand, value, and adopt our AI-powered solutions. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across our product suite, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Leadership.
We’re looking for a builder, someone who can drive strategy, craft compelling narratives, and produce enablement materials that unlock commercial impact. Our clients operate in some of the world’s most complex and regulated environments, and your work will help them see Lazarus as the go-to partner for mission-critical AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for our platform and solutions
- Build and scale a sales enablement program that bridges technical capabilities with business value
- Own product and feature launches from positioning to GTM planning, content creation, and internal rollouts
- Partner with Sales and Product to produce high-impact assets (e.g. decks, one-pagers, ROI tools, demo scripts)
- Conduct competitive analysis, win/loss interviews, and customer research to inform strategy
- Train internal teams on how to communicate new products and value propositions
- Support broader category creation and market presence through thought leadership and analyst engagement
- Continuously refine messaging based on buyer feedback and performance data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field
- 4+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, AI, or big tech
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise value propositions
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with a sharp eye for clarity and tone
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with GTM materials and positioning
- Excellent collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and cross-functional partners
- Self-starter with a bias toward action and comfort in ambiguity
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Asana, and Figma
