Position Overview
PHIL is seeking a driven and experienced Product Marketing Manager to build and lead our product marketing function. This role will focus on go-to-market strategy, content creation, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our positioning and messaging, driving awareness, and enabling sales efforts across the business.
Responsibilities
Build and own a comprehensive product marketing strategy in partnership with Product and Sales
Develop clear, compelling messaging that articulates our value proposition and differentiates our offering
Create high-quality, technical content such as white papers, case studies, presentations, and website copy
Own competitive and market intelligence; translate insights into actionable positioning and enablement tools
Develop and maintain a library of sales enablement materials including battle cards, training decks, and product one-pagers
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product and sales alignment
Define and track performance metrics for product marketing initiatives; optimize based on data
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4–6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health tech sectors
Proven success executing go-to-market and content strategies in high-growth environments
Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, technical content for executive and industry audiences
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication capabilities
