Job Responsibilities :

The Product Marketing Manager responsible for global product go-to-market strategy, product marketing, and contributing to the business management of Razer’s Console Gaming category. This person will be focused on product GTM strategy and leadership by developing and executing product marketing plans and business initiatives to achieve category growth, revenue, and profitability targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead development and drive global marketing plans for Razer console gaming products and accessories.

  • Responsibility for BU product forecasts, tracking and revenue for worldwide console gaming category, P&L management, and drive-to goal actions.

  • Co-own the consumer facing product roadmap for the console gaming category at Razer with PD.

  • Responsible for execution of product marketing and product management functions within the Razer console product category.

  • Lead development of comprehensive product launch plans for new product launches, present to internal stakeholders and drive execution of plans at every level.

  • Support PR teams through participation, effectively communicate with outside press, and represent the category, products, and company as required.

  • Ensure preparation and delivery of on-time marketing assets for worldwide sales and communications channels.

  • Responsible for development of monthly and quarterly global marketing plans and reports for managed product lines to summarize key activities driving revenue and unit growth to meet targets (promotions, launches, PR, events, influencer seedings, collateral creation, digital marketing, etc.)

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and marketing, preferably in the consumer electronics industry; experience in gaming a big plus.

  • Experience contributing roadmap development and GTM execution of consumer technology products with a track record of successful launches.

  • Experience leading the development and overseeing execution of global marketing plans.

  • Able to write marketing copy and provide design direction on creative including digital marketing, web merchandising, print ads, video, graphics, etc.

  • Has previously developed detailed marketing plans and was involved in articulating the strategy and requirements for success.

  • Can work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills including ability to successfully interact with executive management.

  • Experience in working in a Global company working with cross functional project teams, ideally with responsibility for the output of non-directly managed colleagues.

  • Must have Microsoft Office Experience: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Education & Experience
College degree in Marketing or other related discipline or equivalent experience

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$115,000.00 - $193,215.00
