Narvar is growing! We are looking for a high-energy, execution-oriented Product Marketing Manager to join our growing PMM function. At Narvar, we empower leading retailers to transform the post-purchase experience with our AI-driven SaaS platform. Our solutions help ecommerce businesses drive loyalty, reduce operational costs, and unlock new revenue streams after the buy button. We’re scaling fast and looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to accelerate our growth with mid-market and enterprise clients.

About the team

  • The Product Marketing team’s role at Narvar is to deeply understand our market and customer needs, and use this insight to help inform our product strategy, lead go-to-market for our suite of products, and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth
  • Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional role at Narvar, partnering closely with Product and Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Design, and Marketing to name a few
  • Different from many other Product Marketing teams, our team works across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch
  • Product Marketing is beholden to the same goals as our GTM partners. We are laser-focused on driving company growth through the awareness, adoption, and usage of our products
  • We look for creative, analytical, and detail-oriented product marketers with strong communication, relationship building, and project management skills
The Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the bridge between our product, sales, and customer success teams-owning the go-to-market strategy for our AI-powered post-purchase solutions. You’ll craft compelling messaging, enable our sales team, and drive adoption among ecommerce retailers who demand best-in-class post-purchase experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features/betas and product launches, ensuring alignment with sales, product, and customer success teams.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored to mid-market and enterprise ecommerce retailers.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, case studies) for your owned product area(s) and deliver effective training to empower the sales team.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and customer interviews to inform product positioning and influence the product roadmap.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to produce thought leadership, blog posts, webinars, and customer stories that highlight our AI-powered solutions.
  • Customer Advocacy: Identify and develop customer reference programs and case studies to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce operations, post-purchase workflows, and the retail technology landscape
  • Proven track record of launching products or features and driving adoption in mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Bonus: Experience marketing AI-powered or machine learning-based solutions
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and equity package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Flexible work arrangements (remote/hybrid)
  • Generous PTO and paid parental leave
  • Opportunity to shape the future of post-purchase ecommerce with cutting-edge AI

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
