What you can expect

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own our AI Communications Hub. The most fiercely motivated, most high-impact, daily-value engine inside Workvivo. Communications is our bread and butter. It powers engagement for millions of users, from CEOs in boardrooms to frontline teams on factory floors. It drives adoption. It builds stickiness. It delivers everyday value. You’ll own the narrative, launch motion, and competitive strategy across our communications ecosystem; including AI-powered personalisation, orchestration, and automation. This isn’t just a feature set. This role defines how modern internal communications works in an AI-native world.

About the Team

You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales; where insight becomes impact. We’re a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS team that cares deeply about clarity, craft, and competitive edge. We treat messaging like a product. We treat enablement like a system. And we treat launches like moments that matter. You’ll collaborate with Product to shape positioning. With Marketing to amplify the story. With Sales to win the deal. All while sharpening how Workvivo tells its communications story in an AI-first era.

Responsibilities

  • Generating developer-centric marketing content, including blog posts, webinars, developer tutorials, and more to communicate value

  • Orchestrating messaging across marketing, customer communications, partner channels, and sales to ensure clarity and consistency.

  • Owning the positioning and narrative for the AI Communications Hub, making it sharp, differentiated, and memorable.

  • Translating complex AI capabilities, personalisation, orchestration, automation, into simple, compelling, customer-first value.

  • Defining persona-led messaging for Internal Comms, HR, and frontline leaders that clearly speaks to their needs.

  • Building sales enablement assets including USPs, ROI stories, objection handling, battlecards, decks, and field-ready content.

  • Driving competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and market feedback into product and strategic decisions.

  • Treating enablement and messaging as living products, structured, current, trusted, and continuously improved.

What we’re looking for

  • Bring 3–5+ years of Product Marketing or Product Communications experience within SaaS.

  • Demonstrate exceptional storytelling and writing skills that simplify complexity and inspire action.

  • Support sales teams in competitive markets with sharp positioning and differentiated messaging.

  • Position AI-powered capabilities with confidence and clarity.

  • Thrive in high-growth SaaS environments where pace and ambiguity are part of the ride.

  • Have experience in internal communications, employee experience, or HR technology.

  • Have experience marketing to frontline-heavy organisations with insight into their unique needs.

  • Lead product launches end-to-end from strategy through execution.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
