In this cross-functional role, you’ll work closely with our online, marketing, product, and sales teams. You will create strategic, compelling campaigns that drive growth for our SMB audience, both online and direct.

About the Team

Zoom Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Zoom Workplace Product Marketing team. This role will report to the Head of Product Marketing, Zoom Workplace & AI.

Responsibilities

  • Being a key leader along with counterparts from online, marketing, sales, and product in driving and meeting goals to grow our SMB audience. Set go-to-market strategies for full-funnel campaigns, product growth efforts, and launches.

  • Being the expert in our SMB buyers and target audience. Fully understand the market, segmentation, industry landscape, key differentiators, and opportunities globally.

  • Working with the online and product teams to drive growth for Zoom Docs, Whiteboard, Clips, and Scheduler. Focus on online and product-led motions

  • Building key themes, value propositions, and narratives for the SMB audience to showcase the value of our products and customer benefits.

  • Working closely with marketing demand and brand teams, online, sales, partner enablement, and channel marketing. Create full-funnel campaigns and enablement tactics to grow the SMB business.

  • Leading and project managing cross-functional initiatives for core growth initiatives. Setting KPIs and success metrics, deliverables, and due dates to drive impactful outcomes. Providing executive readouts and updates for top business initiatives and launches.

  • Providing content direction for SMB growth initiatives. Roll up your sleeves to ensure cross-functional teams have up-to-date messaging. Support the creation of videos, presentations, datasheets, white papers, battle cards, and more.

  • Building in-person and virtual event messaging and content around thought leadership and our products. Presenting in webinars, virtual events, and on stage at Zoom and industry events.

What we’re looking for

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have 8+ years of professional experience in product marketing for a SaaS company

  • Have experience in the productivity and/or SMB space is ideal

  • Have excellent leadership skills and are successful in matrixed organizations

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and drive impactful results

  • Able to position and build differentiated messaging and assets to clearly communicate value

  • Demonstrate humility and a natural curiosity to continuously learn and grow

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to present effectively in front of executive audiences

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97 600,00

Maximum:

$225 700,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
