The team / how they connectYou will join a high-growth Product Marketing team specifically focused on our Small Business Platforms and the core Xero Blue accounting app. Based across Melbourne and San Mateo, this collaborative group works closely with product managers and designers to bring a holistic view of customer needs to the heart of our development process.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus onLaunching and scaling critical, AI-powered updates to the core accounting engine, specifically focusing on Smart Document Capture and Automated Bank Reconciliation.
Developing and executing a comprehensive monetization strategy for these high-profile, AI-driven features.
Creating a full-funnel, 360-degree go-to-market plan that provides visibility from the c-suite to our global customer base.
Building internal sales enablement resources and product playbooks to upskill our global customer teams.
This role is based in our San Mateo office. We embrace a hybrid working model that balances the flexibility of remote work with purposeful "boost days" in the office to foster connection and collaboration with your local teammates.
