Pressable is a leading managed WordPress hosting platform trusted by agencies, developers, and businesses with demanding performance and support needs. We bring deep WordPress roots and technical excellence to every customer experience. With strong momentum in the mid-market and agency segments, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to sharpen our positioning, drive go-to-market execution, and arm our teams with the tools and messaging they need to win.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own how we position Pressable in the market, bring new products and features to life, and equip internal teams with clear, compelling narratives and tools. You’ll be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and go-to-market teams → ensuring we launch effectively, communicate value clearly, and support growth at every stage of the funnel.

This role sits at the intersection of storytelling and strategy and defines how we talk about what we build and why it matters. You’ll lead product marketing efforts and flex into lifecycle and partner marketing projects as needed. AI-native workflows are key to this role, helping you move fast, scale asset creation, and stay close to the customer signal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Positioning & Messaging: Own value propositions and messaging for key customer segments. Ensure our differentiation is clear and consistent across all surfaces.
  • Packaging & Pricing: Collaborate on packaging strategies and pricing models that align with ICP needs and drive growth.
  • Product GTM & Launches: Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new features and releases. Drive awareness, adoption, and internal readiness.
  • Sales & CS Enablement: Create decks, one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, and more to help Sales and Success teams communicate value and close with confidence.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track the competitive landscape and translate insights into messaging updates, enablement, and strategy adjustments.
  • Campaign & Partner Collaboration: Partner with Campaigns, Content, and Growth leaders to build integrated campaigns around product narratives, differentiators, and customer stories.
  • Win/Loss Insights: Gather insights from Sales and customers to inform positioning, content gaps, and product feedback loops.
  • Customer Proof & Case Stories: Work with Content Marketing to develop and scale customer stories, testimonials, and use cases that reinforce product-market fit.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Support onboarding and lifecycle activities that align to product launches and usage milestones.
  • Partner Marketing: Contribute to co-marketing initiatives with key internal and external partners.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 4-6+ years in product marketing, GTM, or enablement roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Are a clear and strategic communicator who can distill complexity into compelling narratives.
  • Are an AI-native marketer who leverages tools to test messaging, build faster, and scale assets.
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing peers.
  • Understand how product storytelling supports pipeline, conversion, and customer expansion.
  • Have experience building messaging frameworks, positioning docs, and GTM playbooks.
  • Know how to align product strategy with business goals and marketing execution.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in infrastructure, hosting, or developer-first platforms.
  • Familiarity with hybrid GTM models or PLG.
  • Experience creating and managing enablement content at scale.
  • Worked on partner or channel marketing motions.
  • Great at synthesizing feedback from Sales, Product, and CS into usable insights.

What You’ll Work On Initially

  • Refresh our core positioning and messaging across ICPs and buying stages.
  • Build the GTM toolkit for upcoming feature releases, and coordinate launch execution.
  • Create enablement content to support Sales and Success in competitive conversations.
  • Collaborate on high-impact campaigns tied to product launches and key differentiators.
  • Lead win/loss insight-gathering and turn it into actionable messaging improvements.
  • Develop a roadmap for scaling case studies and customer proof points.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
