Our Ethos

We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.

About the Team

Product Marketing sits within Rain's Marketing & Communications team and owns how we bring Rain's infrastructure to market. The Money Movement line covers onramps, offramps, and payments, the connective tissue between onchain and the world's banking rails. As the world moves onchain, this team's job is to make clear how Rain bridges stablecoins with the rails enterprises already trust, from ACH and SEPA to SWIFT, Fedwire, and local real-time payment schemes. Reporting to our founding PMM, you'll help build the positioning, enablement, and market intelligence that keep Rain ahead as this category matures.

What you’ll do

  • Own go-to-market for new onramp, offramp, and payments product and feature launches, from positioning through rollout

  • Build and maintain revenue enablement for both Business Development and post-sales Platform teams, including pitch decks, case studies, and sell sheets, as well as internal training

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal to translate money movement mechanics like liquidity, settlement, FX, and cross-border regulatory nuance into materials teams can act on

  • Track banking rails and payment schemes around the world, including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, and regional real-time payment systems, and explain how Rain connects to each

  • Track competitors in the stablecoin on/offramp space and give internal teams a clear point of view on how Rain wins

  • Represent the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities

You are likely to succeed if you have:

  • 3-7+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales enablement at a payments company, bank, or money transmitter working directly with cross-border rails and settlement

  • Deep knowledge of banking rails and payment schemes around the world, including ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, Fedwire, and regional real-time payment systems

  • A track record selling or marketing payments infrastructure to enterprise-level companies

  • Genuine interest in how stablecoins and onchain rails are reshaping global money movement

  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Legal in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical and regulatory complexity clear

Bonus attributes:

  • Experience with FX and treasury operations across multiple currencies

  • Existing relationships across banks, payment processors, or correspondent banking networks

  • Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain settlement, or onchain payment rails

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
