Looking for a proven Product Marketer for Lattice, our foundational AI-powered software platform, that can unearth technical differentiators, package compelling value propositions and messaging, and spearhead marketing initiatives that range across marketing collateral, narratives, in-person and digital experiences, the Lattice Partner Programs, marketing campaigns, and product go-to-market. Ideal candidate for this role is driven by mission, technical by nature, a marketer by craft, and grounded by the business.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Understand and translate the thousands of technical miracles that Lattice accomplishes to deliver capability into understanding of the power of Lattice
- Meet technical audiences where they are, creating a bench of scalable technical-oriented content that supports more nuanced and in-depth discusses further down the sales-process
- Develop a deep understanding of the market and competitor set for Lattice to develop compelling, relatable, and differentiated messaging and narratives across Lattice Platform, Mission Autonomy, C2, Simulation, SDK, and Mesh.
- Work with design to develop a visual identity for Lattice that is distinct, memorable, and extensible across different medium and expressions.
- Partner with Lattice Showcase team to bring Lattice to life across in-person and digital experience, turning intrigue into clarity and advocacy for Lattice.
- Work with the Partnership and SDK team to super-charge the Lattice Partner Program and Lattice SDK by marketing partners, case studies, and testimonials that speak to the openness, capability, and ease of integration with Lattice
- Work with product marketing, communications, and design teams to adapt core Lattice messaging into compelling differentiators for the solutions and products we offer to solve the toughest challenges in defense.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years of experience marketing software, with a proven track record of successfully marketing technical products to developers, enterprise customers, and government.
- Technical background, capable of understanding software development processes and technologies, particularly in autonomous systems, networking, and related fields.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and effectively communicate technical concepts.
- Inherent curiosity and eagerness to learn and internalize the unique language, culture, and challenges of military operations and applications.
- You are thick skinned, resourceful and mission driven. Humble by nature. Confident in your ability to deliver at an exceptional level.
- Collaborative, strategic, and highly organized—able to work across teams and disciplines, driving clarity and path forward across differing perspectives and opinions
- A deep belief in Anduril’s mission to support national security through technological superiority
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
