The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and management of the product-level marketing strategies and tactics that drive revenue growth for JMCRS.  This role requires a dynamic marketer with a strong background in digital marketing,  campaign management, and cross-functional partnership to achieve JMCRS strategic goals.

The salary range is $74,772 - $125,184. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

This position is fully remote with the expectation that the hired candidate will be able to travel to JAX sites, conferences, or client visits as needed. Up to 25% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. 
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media. 
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Portfolio management/product managers, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plans
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, marketing, communications, management or business or equivalent relevant marketing experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
