Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Opportunity

As a Product Marketing Manager, Enterprise & Partnerships at Deepgram, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our partner/enterprise marketing initiatives with leading cloud providers and technology companies. You'll execute go-to-market programs that enable our partnerships to scale and accelerate enterprise adoption of Deepgram's voice AI platform.

In this role, you'll translate technical voice AI capabilities into compelling joint value propositions, and build scalable enablement programs that empower our partners to successfully position and sell Deepgram. You'll also support broader product marketing initiatives across solutions messaging and customer advocacy as priorities evolve.

What You’ll Do
  • Execute co-marketing programs with our cloud and technology partners, including joint campaigns, content creation, and MDF-funded activities

  • Create partner enablement materials (pitch decks, solution briefs, demo scripts, case studies) that help partners effectively communicate Deepgram's voice AI value proposition to enterprise buyers

  • Execute integrated campaigns with partners targeting enterprise decision-makers, creating compelling narratives around AI transformation and voice AI business value

  • Create and maintain a partner marketing content library and resource center, ensuring partners have easy access to the latest materials, messaging, and technical documentation

  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, including partner-sourced pipeline, influenced revenue, campaign ROI, and program effectiveness

  • Work closely with the partner team to support their work with scalable processes, templates, and playbooks for partner marketing that can be replicated as the partner ecosystem grows

You’ll Love This Role If You
  • Are eager to learn partner/alliance marketing and want to build foundational expertise in a high-growth area

  • Thrive in a "build it from scratch" environment and enjoy creating programs where infrastructure doesn't yet exist

  • Excel at execution; you can take strategic direction and run with it independently

  • Are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and workstreams, working cross-functionally and building relationships across teams

  • Are energized by seeing the direct impact of your work on pipeline, customer success, and partner engagement

  • Have a "get it done" mentality and aren't afraid to jump in wherever needed to ensure program success

  • Are excited about AI/voice technology and enabling partners to build innovative applications

It’s Important To Us That You Have
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software (product marketing, demand gen, content marketing, or partner marketing backgrounds all welcome)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can craft clear, compelling content for both technical and business audiences and have a portfolio of content to prove it

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams independently

  • Self-starter mentality with comfort operating in ambiguity and figuring things out as you go

  • Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, or partner teams

  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new areas quickly

It Would Be Great if You Had
  • Any exposure to partner/alliance/channel marketing (AWS Partner Network, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud ecosystems)

  • Experience in AI/ML, developer tools, API-first products, or enterprise software

  • Background creating enablement materials, sales content, or customer-facing collateral

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), or analytics tools

  • Experience supporting or working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Track record in high-growth startup environments (AI focused a plus)

*For candidates outside of the US, we use an Employer of Record model in many countries, which means benefits are administered locally and governed by country-specific regulations. Because of this, benefits will differ by region — in some cases international employees receive benefits US employees do not, and vice versa. As we scale, we will continue to evaluate where we can create more alignment, but a 1:1 global benefits structure is not always legally or operationally possible.

Backed by prominent investors including Y Combinator, Madrona, Tiger Global, Wing VC and NVIDIA, Deepgram has raised over $215M in total funding. If you're looking to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the AI industry, we'd love to hear from you!

Deepgram is an equal opportunity employer. We want all voices and perspectives represented in our workforce. We are a curious bunch focused on collaboration and doing the right thing. We put our customers first, grow together and move quickly. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, pregnancy, parental status, genetic information, political affiliation, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the locations where we operate.

We are happy to provide accommodations for applicants who need them.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
