The opportunity

Our customers are our biggest growth lever. In this role, you make sure the banks and wealth management firms using Conquest get the most out of our verifiable AI engine, expand their use cases, and bring more of their people into it – or bring our headless engine to more surfaces. You activate our positioning and take the messaging frameworks set by our Director of Product Marketing and turn them into expansion plays, adoption programs, and sales-ready assets that our Product teams, Account Management, and Sales teams use to grow our footprint.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the customer-facing side of launches for existing customers, including release communications, what’s-new content, and enablement for Customer Success
  • Define and execute against product release tiers to drive feature adoption and impact across the business
  • Build adoption programs for new and underused capabilities through webinars, advisor training content, email journeys, and CS-led plays
  • Set adoption targets with Product and Customer Success for each major release, and report against them
  • Support our direct-to-advisor 30-day trial with onboarding messaging, nurture content, and conversion experiments, in partnership with Demand Generation and Product
  • Develop compelling customer story narratives that reinforce Conquest’s unique headless engine and the impact it has for advisor workflows, working directly with account teams and customers
  • Equip account teams to sell expansion with business cases, value-realization stories, upgrade guides, objection handling, and customer proof points
  • Map the buying network inside customer firms, from home office and compliance to operations, technology, and advisors, and build programs that engage more of them
  • Step into active expansion deals to unblock them with deal-specific assets, ROI support, and objection coaching
  • Partner with Demand Generation on account-based programs aimed at existing customers
  • Research adoption barriers, expansion wins and losses, and why customers do or don’t buy more
  • Build adoption and expansion reporting with product analytics, RevOps and Marketing Operations
  • Bring customer insight to the Director of Product Marketing to sharpen positioning, roadmap input, and packaging
  • Use AI tools to synthesize customer calls, spot usage patterns, test messaging, and speed up content production

What you bring

  • 4–6 years in product marketing, customer marketing, or sales enablement at a B2B SaaS company with an enterprise, sales-led motion
  • A track record of driving feature adoption across an installed base, with the metrics to show it
  • Direct experience partnering with account managers and customer success managers on live deals and customer conversations
  • An AI-native builder who has created a customer growth program, playbook, or process from scratch
  • Analytical and comfortable with Salesforce reporting and usage data
  • A clear, sharp writer who turns complex capabilities into content that changes customer behavior
  • Uses AI to move faster and stays critical of what it produces
  • Exposure to PLG, self-serve or trial-based conversion is a plus
  • Experience in fintech, wealthtech, or another regulated industry is a plus

What to expect

  • An inclusive culture comprised of extremely talented individuals
  • A leadership team with a proven track record of success
  • Hands-on coaching and a clear path to grow your career
  • The opportunity to join a fast-growing company as it expands across the globe
  • Competitive compensation and generous benefits

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
