Stability AI is seeking a B2B Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring enterprise adoption of our flagship application for professional-grade content creation.

Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Communications, this role will shape the narrative around our application making sure it resonates with an enterprise audience. You’ll work closely with product, research, growth, sales, and any other operational teams to accelerate demand generation and increase user engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to be one of the founding Product Marketers on a generative AI application and play a key role in transforming professional visual media creation.

This role will require an understanding of the generative AI ecosystem and the visual media production pipeline. 

This is a fully remote role based in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging that clearly articulates the benefits and differentiators of Stability AI’s creative applications for enterprise users.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy, ensuring the successful launch, adoption, and ongoing promotion of new features and products.
  • Track and analyze product adoption and user feedback, using insights to refine messaging, content, and future go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop product education materials to support adoption and retention.
  • Create compelling sales enablement materials to equip sales teams with the tools needed to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Lead demand gen efforts by collaborating with the creative and growth teams to execute ABM campaigns, multi-channel marketing programs, and pipeline acceleration initiatives.
  • Define and track KPIs, including pipeline contribution, win rates, and marketing-influenced revenue, continuously optimizing for impact.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in AI, cloud, or enterprise software.
  • Proven expertise in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging, with experience translating technical concepts into compelling narratives.
  • Highly skilled at crafting impactful marketing content, including tutorials, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality outputs amidst fast turnaround times and navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize performance.
  • Understanding of the visual media generative AI ecosystem and active experimentation with generative AI tools.
  • Understanding of enterprise sales motions, ABM strategies, and buyer personas in technical B2B markets.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is between $130,000-$150,000 USD if based in the US and between $108,000-$120,000 CAD if based in Canada. Individual pay within the range is based on factors like job-related skills and experience. Total compensation also includes stock options and benefits.
