Position Overview:
The Marketing Manager plays a key role in Young’s Campaign Engine, driving growth across our network by developing and executing data-informed marketing programs. This role connects strategy and execution, turning insights, product priorities, and promotions into campaigns that motivate dealers and drive pull-through demand from dentists and hygienists.

Who you’ll work with:
- Working as part of the Campaign Engine and reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role works closely with Category/Product Management, Sales, and the Content & Digital team to ensure that dealer campaigns are consistent, engaging, and effective.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the Sales team to build annual and quarterly dealer marketing calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and commercial priorities.
- Translate business objectives into integrated campaigns across digital and event channels.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to align messaging, timing, and promotional offers.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns through HubSpot and related platforms, including segmentation, creative deployment, and lead tracking using data to optimize spend and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with the Content & Digital team to deliver creative assets, paid media support, and social amplification for key campaigns.
- Relationship Management & Collaboration:
- Partner with the Professional Relations team to incorporate educational and clinical content into campaigns when applicable.
- Support the Director of Marketing in budget planning, forecasting, and post-campaign reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on digital and e-commerce strategy.
- Knowledge of the dental or orthodontic industry strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns with attention to detail, timing, and ROI.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience in HubSpot for campaign automation, email marketing, and reporting preferred, CRM experience required.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
Compensation Range:$ 115,000 - $130,000
The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, the compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Remote Environment
This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives. While the role offers flexibility and eliminates commuting, it also requires a high level of self-motivation, organization, and accountability to be successful.
