About the role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to define how Radar shows up in the market.

This is a strategic, hands-on role spanning positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, product storytelling, and revenue enablement. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design to turn complex location technology into clear, compelling business value for enterprise customers.

A major focus will be Radar Protect, our fast-growing geo-compliance and fraud prevention product. Today, adoption is strong in gaming, but the opportunity extends far beyond it. You’ll help shape how we take that story to new industries and broader fraud use cases.

At Radar, marketing is central to how we win. You’ll define our category, enable revenue teams, and clearly articulate our value in the market.

You’ll report directly to our VP of Marketing and be based in our Flatiron (NYC) HQ, with in-office collaboration Monday–Thursday and remote flexibility on Fridays.

What you’ll do

  • Define positioning, messaging, and narratives across Radar’s products and solutions

  • Shape the category narrative for Radar Protect and expand it beyond gaming into new fraud use cases

  • Build and scale revenue enablement to improve win rates and deal velocity

  • Own launches, collateral, and executive-facing storytelling

  • Lead competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis to sharpen GTM strategy

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design on launches, campaigns, and customer communication

  • Turn customer insights and market trends into clear messaging and content

  • Build messaging frameworks across verticals and key enterprise use cases

  • Ensure consistency and clarity across all customer-facing materials

  • Use AI to accelerate research, content creation, and execution

Who you are

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing

  • Experience owning positioning and messaging for technical or enterprise products

  • Strong writer and communicator with a track record of simplifying complex ideas

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales motions and land-and-expand

  • Experience with competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis

  • Strong product intuition and customer empathy

  • High-agency builder who thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments

  • AI-native, using tools to increase speed, quality, and output

  • Experience in fraud, cybersecurity, gaming, fintech, or risk domains is a strong plus

Who you'll work with

  • Brandon Penn, VP of Marketing

  • Nick Patrick, CEO

  • Ben Garvey, Product Design Lead

  • Thomas Coleman, VP of Sales

  • Our Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Customer Success teams

What we offer

  • Competitive salary

  • Meaningful stock options in a fast-growing company

  • 401(k) plan with 4% match

  • New HQ in Flatiron, NYC

  • Top-notch equipment

  • Catered lunches

  • Unlimited PTO

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance with 100% coverage for employees

  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave

  • Commuter and fitness benefits

We'll share full details of our benefits package at the offer stage. Benefits may vary by location.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
