About Access Healthcare
Founded in 2011, Access Healthcare helps healthcare organizations and clinicians focus on what matters most: their patients. A trusted global revenue cycle management (RCM) partner, Access Healthcare combines AI, automation and human expertise in a single operating model that delivers measurable results at scale.
About the Role
Access Healthcare is hiring a strategic, hands-on Product Marketing Lead to define how we take our AI-enabled solutions to market and set Access apart in a crowded healthcare revenue cycle market.
Our story is different from most in RCM. We are neither a pure software vendor nor a traditional outsourcer. We combine AI, automation, and experienced RCM teams in one operating model: technology handles the volume, and people handle the exceptions. This role will turn that model into clear, credible positioning that hospitals, health systems and physician group leaders understand and trust.
You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Marketing, and our clients, moving easily between strategy and execution. You will shape positioning and messaging, lead product launches, equip Sales to win, and bring customer and competitive insight into how we go to market.
This is a chance to build the product marketing function at Access as the company scales its technology-enabled RCM offering.
You will be the connection point for product marketing across Product, Sales, Marketing and Operations. You will set clear timelines and keep several launches moving at once.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities of the marketing department.
What You'll Do
Positioning & Messaging
- Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Access's AI-enabled solutions across the revenue cycle, from patient access and eligibility to prior authorization and coding.
- Articulate what sets Access's operating model apart from point-solution AI vendors and traditional RCM outsourcers.
- Translate complex capabilities, such as autonomous workflows, EHR and clearinghouse integrations, and exception-based processing, into the outcomes buyers care about: cash flow, denial prevention, staff capacity, and patient experience.
- Build messaging frameworks and buyer personas for revenue cycle, finance and IT leaders, used consistently across sales presentations, the website, proposals and other customer-facing channels.
- Build trust messaging for AI that explains accuracy, human review, HIPAA compliance, PHI security and audit trails in plain terms.
Product Launches & Go-to-Market
- Plan and lead go-to-market for new solutions and enhancements, defining target segments, buyer needs, key messages, channels and launch content, and measure results against pipeline goals.
- Own launch deliverables, including announcements, press releases, solution briefs, web pages, and internal launch kits, in partnership with Communications and Content.
- Provide market and competitor input on pricing and packaging to Product, Finance and Sales.
- Build messaging and programs to expand within existing clients, including cross-sell and upsell of new solutions.
Proof Points & Customer Evidence
- Turn pilots, evaluations, and client results into approved proof points, such as automation rates, accuracy, and turnaround improvements.
- Build case studies, customer stories, and a reference program, partnering with Client Success, Legal, and clients to secure approvals.
- Ensure every public claim is accurate, substantiated, and approved.
Sales Enablement
- Create the tools Sales needs to win: product pitch decks, solution briefs, battlecards, competitive guides, objection handling, ROI stories, and FAQs.
- Train and onboard Sales and Solutions teams on new solutions, messaging and competitive positioning.
- Support RFP and proposal responses with consistent, current solution content.
- Work with Sales to find gaps in current materials, track how materials are used, and update them based on feedback.
Market, Customer & Competitive Insight
- Maintain competitive positioning and battlecards against AI-native RCM vendors, EHR-embedded tools, and outsourced RCM providers.
- Run win/loss analysis and client interviews, and bring customer insight into the product roadmap.
- Turn findings into clear recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing.
Content, Analyst & Events Support
- Contribute to solution content and thought leadership, such as white papers, webinars and bylined articles, with Content and Communications.
- Own messaging for technology pages on the Access website.
- Support KLAS submissions, analyst briefings and key industry events such as HFMA and AAHAM.
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- First 90 days: an approved positioning and messaging framework, buyer personas and core sales materials in place.
- 2 to 3 major launches delivered and 4 to 6 case studies or client references approved.
- A working win/loss program and a measurable contribution to pipeline and win rate.
