About Tribe AI

At Tribe, we’re on a mission to help enterprises realize the value of AI for their business. Every large enterprise wants to use AI to transform how they operate — but many don’t have the capabilities to do it. That gap is our opportunity.

We’re an AI-native services company that helps enterprises build and deploy best-in-class AI products that deliver real business impact. We partner closely with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, giving us rare visibility into the most advanced models, roadmaps, and GTM strategies in the world.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Lead to make Tribe’s differentiation clear — and help it compound. This position reports directly to the GTM Marketing Lead.

You’ll own product marketing and build the foundation for partner marketing and enablement. You’ll turn our capabilities into clear offerings, our work into credible proof, and our partnerships into repeatable paths to market.

This is a zero-to-one role. You won’t inherit a mature product marketing function or partner playbook. You’ll work across product, partnerships, delivery, sales, and leadership to build both.

This isn’t a demand-generation or SEM role. It’s for a product marketer who wants to solve new problems, get close to what we build, and create the systems that help Tribe bring it to market.

What You’ll OwnProduct marketing
  • Develop the positioning and messaging for Tribe’s services, practices, internal tools, and emerging products.

  • Turn internal capabilities and institutional knowledge into named, externally legible differentiators.

  • Translate technical work into clear value for enterprise executives, technical leaders, and partner teams.

  • Work with product and delivery leaders to identify what should become a repeatable offering.

  • Lead launches from early positioning through customer-facing materials and internal readiness.

Partner marketing and enablement
  • Build the partner marketing foundation for our relationships with Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, and other frontier technology companies.

  • Build trusted relationships across partner product, marketing, sales, and field teams, aligning priorities and keeping joint initiatives moving.

  • Create the case studies, solution briefs, playbooks, and proof points partner teams need to recognize the right opportunities for Tribe.

  • Equip partner sales and field teams to understand when Tribe is the right fit—and how to tell our story.

  • Develop repeatable launch, campaign, and co-marketing motions with strategic partners.

  • Measure what works and help determine how the program scales.

Customer evidence and content
  • Build a durable library of customer stories, use cases, and deployment evidence.

  • Work with Tribe’s senior builders to turn their experience into useful, credible content.

  • Create systems that make publishing easier without sanding off the author’s point of view.

  • Bring customer and market insight back into product and commercial decisions.

About You
  • You have 10+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise technology, AI, cloud, developer tools, or another technical category.

  • You use Claude and ChatGPT as part of your daily work, operate fluently in Google Workspace and Notion, collaborate comfortably in Figma, and learn new CRM, analytics, and content systems quickly.

  • You build trust and create stakeholder alignment without relying on formal authority — across Tribe’s product, delivery, sales, partnerships, and leadership teams, and with partner stakeholders at Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and beyond.

  • You’ve built positioning, launches, and enablement from scratch—not just maintained an established program.

  • You can move between product details, executive priorities, and a sharp market narrative.

  • You know how to make complex work clear without making it generic.

  • You’re a strong writer and an equally strong editor.

  • You use customer language, market evidence, and business outcomes to make decisions.

  • You bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary process.

  • You’re comfortable doing the work yourself before turning it into a repeatable system.

  • You have low ego and a high bar.

We care more about evidence that you can build than whether you’ve held this exact title before.

Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing enterprise AI, data, infrastructure, or services-led offerings.

  • Experience working with cloud providers, AI labs, or other partner ecosystems.

  • Experience enabling partner sales teams or supporting co-sell motions.

  • Experience productizing internal tools, intellectual property, or services.

Why Join Tribe
  • Build the function. Define how product and partner marketing work at Tribe.

  • Work at the frontier. Get close to the teams and technology companies defining enterprise AI.

  • Make real work visible. Turn years of tooling and production experience into an advantage the market understands.

  • Own it end to end. Move from positioning to launch to field adoption without layers of handoffs.

  • Shape what comes next. Influence not just how Tribe goes to market, but what we choose to build.

  • Work AI-natively. AI isn’t a feature added to our existing workflows — it’s how the company operates. You’ll learn the craft by doing the work, then build systems that scale it.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
