Summary:

In this role, you will combine deep expertise in healthcare Software as a Service (SaaS) experience to execute strategic product marketing initiatives aimed at supporting and accelerating commercial deals and reducing churn.  You will craft compelling, customer-centric messaging that drives sales effectiveness and market differentiation. You will think strategically and creatively to meet rigorous deadlines while working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams to develop and deliver effective enablement tools, including pitch decks, playbooks, competitive intelligence materials, and Return on Investment (ROI) models.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance sales team confidence and effectiveness in positioning products to prospects and customers.
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize competitive intelligence, industry trends, and customer insights to inform product positioning, sales strategies, and roadmap priorities.
  • Provide actionable insights to the sales team, helping them differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
  • Create and refine value-driven messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
  • Ensure messaging addresses key customer pain points and highlights unique product benefits.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to execute go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, focusing on enabling the sales team to achieve adoption and revenue goals.
  • Assist in developing launch plans for new and updated products, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Develop sales-focused content, including case studies, white papers, and one-pagers, to support the buyer’s journey.
  • Create thought leadership materials to establish Vizient as a trusted partner in the healthcare SaaS space.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to align on product vision and customer feedback.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.
  • Leverage analytics tools and sales performance data to evaluate the impact of enablement materials and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders to continuously improve sales and marketing alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field. Advance degree is a plus.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in product marketing in enterprise technology required.
  • Experience in healthcare, data platforms, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven verticals preferred.
  • Ability to successfully create sales enablement tools and conducting training sessions that drive measurable outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, regulatory landscapes, and technology adoption trends is highly preferred.
  • Skilled in creating impactful enablement tools and delivering training that aligns with sales goals.
  • Proficient in analyzing data to inform decision-making and measure effectiveness.
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus across teams.
  • Experience navigating dynamic environments and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Commitment to staying current with industry trends and enhancing professional skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $206,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
