Cloudinary is looking for a Digital Asset Management Product Marketing Director to join our team. This individual will lead our AI- and API-first DAM Product Marketing efforts and is expected to bring innovative ideas and creative strategies to accelerate Cloudinary’s growth in the industry. You, as the expert, will collaborate with cross functional teams to drive our products and company to the next level. Come join us here at Cloudinary.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product marketing for Cloudinary’s Digital Asset Management product line, including its Workflow Automation product, MediaFlows
  • Position Cloudinary as a clearly differentiated DAM vendor to customers, prospects, analysts
  • Bring deep industry insights and subject expertise in the DAM space to the product and marketing teams
  • Drive positioning strategy based on differentiated value and right to win
  • Craft compelling positioning-first messaging and stories for key use cases, industries, personas and market segments
  • Work with the corporate marketing, demand gen, and growth teams to drive awareness, campaigns, opportunities, and upsell/cross-sell for DAM with prospects and current customers
  • Create value-based content and sales enablement in the form of presentations, web content, blogs, videos, and training materials
  • Launch new innovations to market
  • Advise product roadmap in close partnership with product management and product strategy teams
  • Represent Cloudinary at thought leadership, demand generation and company events as a DAM SME
  • Analyze the market and key competitors to articulate differentiators
  • Work with the PR and AR teams to brief media and analysts
  • Drive win/loss program for DAM to understand why we win or lose

About you:

  • EAST COAST ONLY
  • 12+ years of product marketing experience (can include product management experience)
  • 5+ years experience in the DAM or AI space preferred (or related)
  • Must have experience with SaaS
  • Experience with multiple business buyer personas, including technical buyers
  • A great presenter and speaker internally and at external events
  • Proven creativity and messaging skills
  • Highly analytical, data driven approach
  • Comfortable with both high-level strategy and hands-on work
