The Field Services Group(FSG) at Fullsteam is a group of SaaS companies that serve field service businesses across a broad range of services including cleaning, HVAC, electrical, pest control, landscaping, and specialty contractors. Our mission is to deliver technology that simplifies operations, enhances customer experience, and accelerates revenue for service-based businesses.

FSG operates as a unified team with shared go-to-market strategies, centralized operations support, and coordinated technology investments—while retaining the vertical expertise and brand equity of each business unit.

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Marketer to lead go-to-market efforts across Fullsteam’s Field Services SaaS portfolio. This role is responsible for launching new features, crafting compelling messaging, and ensuring our internal teams and customers are aligned and excited about what’s coming next. You will work across six businesses and serve as a bridge between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive adoption, engagement, and growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on bringing new ideas to market and aligning teams around a shared narrative.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and major enhancements
  • Translate technical features into benefit-driven messaging for Enterprise and SMB audiences
  • Coordinate internal enablement with Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams
  • Create positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation assets
  • Partner with the content creator and growth marketer to build multi-channel launch campaigns
  • Produce enablement materials such as battle cards, sales scripts, and sales aids
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy
  • Track KPIs related to product adoption, engagement, and retention, and refine GTM plans accordingly

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market strategy and product positioning
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Skilled at transforming technical details into compelling customer-facing content
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple launches and priorities
  • Insightful in using customer, market, and competitive research to guide decisions
  • Confident facilitator for internal trainings, demos, and stakeholder alignment sessions

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in a Product Marketing role
  • Proven experience launching products or features and driving internal GTM alignment
  • Strong writing and messaging skills with experience creating enablement materials
  • Experience with both Enterprise and SMB audiences and understanding of their differing needs
  • Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other enablement or analytics platforms
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-stage environment
