Lead complex, global, and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement. Understand semiconductor industry dynamics and challenge. Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build, and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities for AI applications. Handle proficiently large datasets, perform advanced data analysis with ETL, and research to support GenAI/Co-pilot project development and implementation. Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and are adopted by end users. Provide training and coaching to GP team members on applications of GenAI and Co-pilot. Lead adoption with organizational change management methods and tools, capturing project or program return on investment. Encourage and persuade others to adopt the changes required for successful project implementation. Develop positive relationships with diverse stakeholders to enable a competitive advantage, achieving program and project objectives and successful implementation. Actively engage with procurement leadership and cross-functional business clients to drive best practice adoption, optimized system utilization, and continuous process improvement outcomes.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Information Systems, Applied Data Science, Analytics or related field. Position requires education or experience in:
1. Developing software in Python, R, Java, C++, or other programming languages;
2. APIs and services using REST or SOAP;
3. Relational databases, including SQL Server or Snowflake;
4. Application of data analytics and data science;
5. Architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and current systems;
6. DevOps and building and deploying infrastructure with cloud deployment technologies, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud;
7. Scrum/Agile development methodologies;
8. Product/Project Management.
