Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog for one or more Arc Suite products or major product areas
- Partner with Engineering and Design to define requirements, write clear user stories, and drive sprint execution
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development, aligning near-term priorities with longer-term objectives
- Act as a voice of the customer by incorporating customer feedback, support insights, and market input into product decisions
- Balance regulatory requirements, customer needs, and technical constraints when prioritizing work
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to support product launches, positioning, and adoption
- Analyze product performance and usage data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
- Communicate product plans, trade-offs, and progress clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management or a closely related role
- Experience owning product requirements and working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into executable work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile development tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
- Understanding of AI-enabled product capabilities, or strong interest in building products in an AI-forward environment
- Experience in fintech, investment management, regulatory technology, or adjacent domains preferred
- Product management certification is a plus
