The Product Manager will enhance user experience in the insurance market by collaborating with various teams, analyzing data, and driving product strategy.
Pathpoint is building the modern distribution infrastructure for the $120B Excess & Surplus (E&S) insurance market. Today, more than 20% of commercial insurance business is placed into the E&S market, yet agents, brokers, and carriers rely on analog, inefficient, and imprecise systems, paperwork, and tools in order to transact. Pathpoint is the only wholesale distribution platform that use technology to connect carriers and agents around the country, streamlining and automating submissions, underwriting, binding, compliance, payments, and service. We are growing rapidly and are seeking an exceptional product manager to join our team.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with engineering, design, underwriting, operations, sales, and our customers to discover and execute on opportunities to activate, engage, and delight agents. What you'll do
- Discover capabilities to make Pathpoint the best in class user experience for commercial insurance.
- Align with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to define what success means for a given initiative.
- Collaborate across teams to bring these opportunities to life, including distilling opportunities, partnering with engineering and design to identify valuable solutions, and testing and reviewing concepts with insurance agents and internal subject matter experts.
- Analyze product and performance interaction data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the agent experience, aligned with company goals.
- Communicate roadmap strategy, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders to rally alignment.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years experience building software as a Product Manager.

- Experience with SQL and excel (or willingness to learn).
- Fluency with LLM for day to day activities (or desire to seek out opportunities and adopt).
- Familiarity with empowered product teams (think: Marty Cagan’s Inspired, Teresa Torres’ Continuous Discovery Habits).
- Preference for PT-CT working hours.
- Eagerness to contribute and grow.
