The Product Manager will oversee product execution for an AI dental receptionist, manage the product roadmap, collaborate with engineering, and drive product improvements.

You will be responsible for overseeing the product execution for Fiona, an AI Dental Receptionist, and the underlying systems that connect with individual dentist offices. As an early member of the team, you’ll help shape our product, design, and culture as we scale.Key Responsibilities
Product Development:
- Work closely with Senior Management to create and own the product roadmap for Fiona
- Own the visual design of Flossy HQ
- Own the audio design of all of the Fiona conversations
- Work directly with engineering to execute and launch additional features and product improvements
- Own customer research and feedback
- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and product improvements.
Qualifications
- 2 - 7 years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Strong Proficiency in Jira and Ticket writing
- Strong Experience with working directly with engineering to roll out features
- Strong positive view on Artificial Intelligence and its application in real-world problems.
- Strong advocate for rapid deployment of products - being fully bought into the idea that velocity is king in a rapidly changing industry like voice AI
- Not overly reliant on analytical process and/or A/B testing
- Excited to work at a small company in growth mode with very little process.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving technical challenges.
- Experience at a small (less than 20) person startup
- Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal.
Bonus:
- Experience in the dental industry or familiarity with dental practice management systems.
- Experience with Voice Systems (STT, TTS, etc.)
- Experience dealing with compliance through Twilio
- Experience with AI systems live in production
