About the role

Hybrid

Location: Long Beach, CA or Pittsburgh, PA

As a Product Manager at myKaarma, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our automotive service software platform. You’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of innovative, user-centric software products that improve the service experience for dealerships and vehicle owners. You will be responsible for identifying problems worth solving, shaping the product vision, defining scope, and working closely with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful delivery.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking, technical fluency, and customer empathy to drive measurable impact across dealership workflows and customer experiences. 

What You’ll Do
  • Shape the Product: Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and data to identify key opportunities. Define and prioritize features that maximize business impact and customer value.
    • Champion the customer and continuously gather and analyze feedback, product usage data, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
    • Define clear problem statements, user personas, and jobs-to-be-done that drive roadmap priorities.
    • Conduct structured discovery with design and engineering to explore solutions and validate hypotheses early.
  • Ship the Product: Own the product lifecycle from concept through launch. Set clear timelines, manage execution, and ensure products meet quality standards and strategic objectives.
    • Run user acceptance testing, pilot programs, and beta rollouts to ensure product quality and adoption readiness.
  • Drive Strategy: Develop product roadmaps that align with company goals. Define measurable outcomes (OKRs) and use data to guide decision-making.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver cohesive, well-executed solutions.
  • Iterate and Improve: Use analytics and feedback to continuously refine products post-launch, driving adoption and engagement through experimentation, A/B testing, customer interviews, and performance analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in product management within SaaS, platform, or developer-facing environments.
  • Proven track record of launching and managing products that achieved strong user adoption and measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in defining, tracking, and achieving OKRs or success metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data literacy; comfortable using SQL, Google Analytics, or equivalent tools to inform decisions.
  • Proficiency with modern product and design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can translate complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
Nice to Have Skills & Qualifications 
  • Experience in automotive technology or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with API platforms, developer experience, or integration frameworks.
  • Background in CX optimization, automation, or partner ecosystems.

The starting salary range for this role is $110,000 + Bonus depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our dedication to competitive industry compensation. Additional details about our Total Rewards package will be shared during recruitment.
