As a Product Manager on one of our squads, you will own the delivery of seamless, scalable digital experiences for investors and financial advisors. This role is critical to driving end-to-end improvements across OneVest’s client and advisor portals. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams, you will define, build, and launch customer-centric SaaS products that accelerate adoption, drive growth, and set us apart in the market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end client and advisor portal experience, ensuring portals are intuitive, engaging, and scalable;
  • Assist in defining the product strategy and roadmap that balances the needs of clients, advisors, and OneVest’s business objectives;
  • Prioritize portal features and enhancements using customer insights, analytics, and industry trends;
  • Partner with advisors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to understand how both clients and advisors use the platform, identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to inform product decisions and validate solutions;
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams to deliver secure, user-centric features that increase satisfaction and adoption;
  • Ensure portal solutions comply with regulatory and data security requirements while maintaining a seamless user experience;
  • Track KPIs such as portal usage, feature adoption, and user satisfaction to evaluate performance and guide future improvements;
  • Support product launches, ensuring effective rollout, stakeholder communication, and adoption measurement;
  • Continuously iterate on portal features to keep pace with evolving customer expectations, industry developments, and competitive offerings.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience driving product initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to quickly grasp complex products, workflows, and user needs in a dynamic SaaS environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders;
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments;
  • Passion for creating innovative digital experiences that add meaningful value for both clients and advisors.
