Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager who will lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conception through launch, ensuring that our offerings meet the needs of our clients and the communities they serve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, ensuring the product aligns with market trends and client needs.
  • Oversee product launches, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure success.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer during the product development process, advocating for user-centric design principles.
  • Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders on product strategy, performance, and updates.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the tech or digital solutions sector.
  • Experience working on digital platforms and understanding of web and mobile technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform product decisions.
  • Proven track record of successful product launch and management throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
