- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver a product and brand of remarkable quality
- Combine qualitative research and quantitative analysis to inform crucial product decisions
- Own and drive projects from ideation through implementation and launch, focusing on excellent execution
- Contribute to and collaborate on a wide spectrum of product initiatives, including user experience design, solution honing, growth strategy, customer research, and product marketing
- Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer
- Experience: You have 7+ years of professional PM experience on product teams in the B2B and B2C software space, with experience driving upmarket growth at scaling companies.
- Product sense: You’re confident in making tough product decisions in a crunch. You seek feedback from others and manage stakeholders at all levels to get to the best outcome quickly. You’re able to weigh and communicate trade-offs and identify risk, while not getting stuck in analysis paralysis.
- Enterprise focus: Strong understanding of how enterprise organizations work and their unique product needs beyond SMB customers.
- Integration experience: Experience with product integrations, partnerships, or ecosystem strategy.
- Design mindset: Strong eye for user experience and design craft - you think about user flows, journeys, and what makes features feel great, not just functional.
- Collaboration products: Deep understanding of team workflows and what drives adoption of collaboration tools in business settings.
