We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Product Manager to prioritize our product roadmap and keep us focused on high-leverage product improvements.
What You'll DoWork with the CEO, CTO, designer, and engineering team to design new features and improve existing features
Talk to lots of customers and prospects to understand what's important to them
Talk to the Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to prioritize features that would help them achieve company goals
Write lots of tickets and answer clarifying questions from the engineers
Use product as a lever to drive business outcomes (MRR, new product adoption, etc.)
2+ years of product management experience experience at a startup
You care intensely about user experience
You can read and understand API docs at a high level (e.g., the QuickBooks API)
Some accounting experience or experience with accounting-related products is required
