Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration & Leadership: Build and lead high-performing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Management: Identify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholder needs while maintaining strong relationships built on honesty and reliability.
- Roadmap Planning: Develop clear, compelling product roadmaps that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Problem Solving: Identify, assess, and present complex product challenges and opportunities, driving innovative solutions.
- Execution: Partner with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver impactful features and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
- 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management
- Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience in Agile development and iterative product delivery.
- Proficiency in business case development and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong background in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with product design and development processes.
- Knowledge of data, process, event, and object modeling to support product functionality.
