Who We Are:

Revyse exists to help multifamily operators discover the best vendor partners, manage contracts and compliance, and reduce financial risk. Our AI-powered platform helps the multifamily industry turn vendor data into a strategic advantage. We are a super fast paced early-stage tech company with a big vision. Founded by industry experts and financially supported by industry veterans - we’re overhauling the connective tissue between operators and suppliers in multifamily.

Who We’re Hiring:

We are hiring a hands-on Product Manager who is ready to dive headfirst into a multitude of priorities within our 2025 Roadmap. If you’re passionate about building software, gathering requirements, thinking up-down-around-and-through ideas, crafting seamless user experiences, then you might just be our person. You’ll be joining a dynamic team, working hand-in-hand with our Head of Product, CTO, and Dev team. It’s a critical stage of growth for us, and your contribution will shape our success story.

What You’ll Do:

  • Market and Customer Insights: Research the market and competitors, both direct and those capturing adjacent revenue. Incorporate customer insights to shape product features and enhancements for the software. You’re basically a detective.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Understand how our products may need to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Stay updated on industry changes that may affect product compliance.
  • Defining Requirements: Author product requirements documents (PRDs) for new software products and key feature enhancements, providing a documented (and technical) source of truth. Drive the planning and execution of this product line and its features.
  • Product Development: Translate your PRDs into well articulated stories for our product backlog, and help shepherd stories through development. Be the first point of contact for our Devs when they have questions on requirements and acceptance criteria. QA stories as needed, and translate those into business functionality.
  • Rollout Planning: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Implementation teams on launch plans and delivery timelines. Plan beta rollouts for new products and features in conjunction with our development partners (customers), getting buy-in and sign-off before launching for general consumption.
  • Performance Metrics & Optimization: Monitor product performance, analyze data, and implement optimizations to drive growth and user engagement. You’ll be the numbers guru, making sure we’re always on the up and up.

What You Bring:

  • You can point to your past successes in product management. Somewhere around 4-5 years of experience in software or technology development is a good benchmark, but not a hard and fast rule.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute products and features in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You can identify what needs to be done, and then you can get it done. Easy-peasy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions effectively. You don’t shy away from the keyboard (or mic/camera), when it comes to telling the world about Revyse.
  • Deep understanding of development tactics and best practices. You understand modern product management tools and can push/pull on the right levers, but you also know that sometimes the Pareto principle applies, and perfect can be the enemy of good when you’re barreling down the highway.
  • Experience with technology development, APIs, frameworks, databases, and development. Not saying that you need to write code, but understanding technical concepts comes with the territory.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results. Ability to think outside the box and explore new approaches. We are definitely open to taking risks, so we’re excited to work with someone who has big ideas.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential. As we grow, you’ll have a team reporting to you, so let’s make sure that’s a responsibility you’re interested in taking on.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and take complete ownership of initiatives in a startup environment. We know that startups aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but if it's yours, let’s talk!

Why Join Team Revyse:

  • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping the growth and success of a fast-growing startup, and career advancement as we scale.
  • Collaborative remote work environment with a SUPER passionate and talented team. We love working hard on interesting projects.
  • You’ll be sitting at the crossroads of vendors & operators. Being able to bring the industry together and amplifying the good happening all around us is some seriously rewarding work.
  • Because trust falls are part of our DNA. We don’t think it’s weird or awkward to care about our well-being at work - we value each other as individuals and are energized by the idea of understanding our colleagues on a deeper level.
  • Our leadership philosophy is to over communicate, always. We’re transparent about company financials, revenue goals, annual budgets, and compensation.
  • We believe that 100% of the organization should understand and be accountable to the vision and strategy. If we all know where it is we’re trying to go, it’s far easier to row the boat in unison.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
