What are we looking for?

We are a fast-growing SaaS company that is changing the way communities in the financial sector work together. We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Product Manager with experience building new products to take the Corpaxe platform to the next level. You must be agile, creative and a strong communicator with both technical and non-technical teammates. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses strong product management skills. Ideally this person has had experience working on an event management tool before. If you want to be an integral part of the team that is shaping the future of FinTech, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and understand Corpaxe clients, their workflows and the problems Corpaxe is trying to solve for them.
  • Host client research calls and implement data tracking to drive product decisions.
  • Be the business and client voice within the product development team to ensure Corpaxe is building products that solve our clients’ problems.
  • Help set priorities and determine the product roadmap.
Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 6+ years of work experience in Product Management roles working with engineering teams.
  • A problem solver who can identify the problems that our clients have and then think through creative solutions to those problems.
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and conducting user interviews.
  • A self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
  • Resourceful: you don't always have all the answers, but you know how to find them.
  • Analytical thinker.
  • Detail oriented and relentless with breaking down product plans and requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator – good at telling the story, the problems to solve and the plan on how to get there.
  • Ability to think big picture and understand the problems we’re trying to solve, while also being able to zoom in on the nuances of implementation.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent follow through.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the product operating model (pods/triads)
  • Technical experience
  • Experience building event management tools

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US – no exceptions.
Compensation
  • Salary Range: $160k - $200k / year
  • Other Compensation: Additional compensation includes annual discretionary bonus
