What You'll Do:
- Own product strategy for a defined area of the platform.
- Translate LP workflows, pain points, and feedback into clear product direction.
- Partner with Product Owners to define and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct user interviews, analyze usage patterns, and distill signal from noise.
- Define success metrics and help the team measure progress against business outcomes.
- Operate as the voice of the client inside the product org-and the voice of the product to the client.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years in a product, client-facing, or operational role supporting LPs, investor services, IR, or private markets tech.
- Deep empathy for LP workflows and the ability to explain what they value and why.
- Strong communication and writing skills-clarity is non-negotiable.
- Intellectual curiosity, a bias for action, and a desire to help build something great.
- Willingness to learn product craft and grow fast-we'll support you if you show up.
Preferred:
- Experience in JIRA/Confluence or other product collaboration tools.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, or data products.
- Familiarity with LP document workflows (capital calls, SOIs, audited financials, etc.).
