The Product Manager defines customer and business requirements, contributes creative solutions, and drives efficient decision-making in cross-functional teams. The position requires a strong ability to identify process improvements, balance stakeholder needs, inspire and motivate teams, and write comprehensive requirements for effective solution development.What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager at ClockShark, you’ll help solve tough problems for hardworking businesses. You’ll own a specific product area, collaborating with engineers, designers, other PMs, and stakeholders to turn customer needs into impactful solutions.
The role demands systems thinking, great execution, and a healthy mix of curiosity and optimism, solving problems creatively while keeping the user at the center. You’ll balance strategic insight with hands-on delivery, ensuring that what we ship truly makes a difference for our customers.
What You’ll DoOwn a product area or set of features from discovery through launch and iteration
Partner with Design and Engineering to turn broad ideas into well-defined, valuable solutions
Build, maintain, and communicate a roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
Collaborate with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for development
Lead customer discovery (interviews, data analysis, and usability testing) to inform product decisions
Monitor product performance, define success metrics, and make data-driven improvements
Collaborate with other PMs to ensure a consistent and intuitive product experience across platforms (web, iOS, Android)
Contribute to refining our product processes and best practices as we grow
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software
Experience building products for web and mobile platforms (Android, iOS)
Strong communicator who can bring clarity to cross-functional teams
Comfortable balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints
Adept at making tradeoff decisions with incomplete information
Curious, collaborative, and committed to delivering meaningful outcomes for customers
Skilled at using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide decisions
Your product area consistently delivers measurable value to customers and the business
You keep your roadmap healthy, transparent, and aligned to strategic goals
Stakeholders trust you to lead initiatives from concept to release with confidence
You contribute to improving product culture and processes across the team
