Description

About Multi Media, LLC:

Multi Media, LLC is the company behind Chaturbate, one of the most heavily trafficked live streaming platforms in the world. We support a global network of independent content creators and millions of real-time viewers, delivering interactive video at scale. Our infrastructure handles complex broadcasting, low-latency streaming, and high-engagement user experiences. All live, all the time.

We’re building a platform where creators can express themselves freely and grow their communities, where viewers discover and interact with creators they’re drawn to, and where the team behind it is challenged, trusted, and responsible for shaping the experience of millions of users around the world. We value people who take initiative, stay curious, and care deeply about the quality and impact of what they build.

The Role:

Product Managers lead high-impact initiatives that shape how people experience and interact with the platform. They own the product lifecycle, from shaping ideas and priorities to launching features. They collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and other teams to deliver clear outcomes.

The role is hands-on and high-context. You will explore how people discover, watch, and engage with creators, and help drive improvements that strengthen those connections. Depending on the initiative, your work may focus on increasing engagement, improving discovery, evolving the experience for creators, viewers, and affiliates, or building internal tools that power the platform behind the scenes.

You Will:

  • Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to identify opportunities and ship product changes that improve the platform for creators, viewers, and affiliates.
  • Contribute to both near-term execution and longer-term thinking, helping shape priorities and structure roadmaps as context evolves.
  • Dig into data, user behavior, feedback, and operational needs to guide product decisions and uncover meaningful problems.
  • Write clear product requirements and collaborate with teams to deliver well-scoped, high-quality features.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly, keeping teams and stakeholders aligned.
  • Monitor what you ship, run experiments where useful, and adjust quickly based on what you learn.
Requirements

You Have:

  • Experience building and shipping impactful consumer web or SaaS products, ideally at scale
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, research, and experimentation, along with the judgment to move forward when intuition matters more than certainty
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity, set priorities, and adapt quickly as goals and context shift
  • A collaborative approach and a history of working closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and stakeholders to move complex projects forward
  • Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to frame trade-offs and articulate customer problems with precision
  • Comfort running A/B tests, interpreting results, and using insights to iterate or course-correct
Benefits

What You'll Get:

  • Fair and competitive base salary
  • Fully Remote Optional
  • We share success—our bonus program scales with company performance, offering up to 20-30% in achievable bonuses, with potential for 90%!
  • Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance for you and any dependents, with policy premiums covered by the Company
  • Long & Short term disability insurance
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Annual Year-End Company Closure
  • Optional 401k with 5% matching
  • 12 Paid Holidays
  • Paid Lunches in-office, or if Remote, a $125/week stipend via Sharebite
  • Employee Assistance and Employee Recognition Programs
  • And much more!

The Base Salary range for this position is $210,000 - $240,000 USD. This range reflects base salary only and does not include additional compensation or benefits. What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
