Description

Reveal HealthTech is a healthcare and life sciences technology services company specializing in AI and product engineering. Our mission is to unleash the full potential of technology by fostering trust, agility, and deep expertise. With a talented team across the US and India, we deliver innovative solutions and transformative platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who also thrives on Project Management to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Reveal HealthTech, you will play a key role in partnering with our clients to understand real-world problems, define practical solutions, and ensure they are delivered on time, every time. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role that requires strong independent discovery skills, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through. You will thrive here if you enjoy operating autonomously while staying tightly connected to your stakeholders and internal teammates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own Discovery & Requirements
Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders and subject matter experts. Ask the right questions to map workflows, uncover pain points, and define clear, actionable requirements grounded in the realities of healthcare delivery.
  • Drive the Product Lifecycle
Guide the full product lifecycle for AI native solutions, from ideation and scoping through development, testing, and launch. Ensure solutions align with client goals and industry best practices.
  • Manage Stakeholder Communication
Act as the trusted point of contact for client teams. Proactively surface risks, clarify open questions, and keep stakeholders aligned on what is coming, what is changing, and why.
  • Manage Internal Communication
Own internal coordination across functions. Raise risks early, propose solutions, and contribute to a culture where consistent delivery and transparency lead to lasting client relationships.
  • Keep Deliverables on Track
Work closely with engineering, design, regulatory, and commercial teams to manage timelines, scope, and dependencies. Apply structured project management to meet quality standards and avoid surprises.
  • Champion Change Management
Partner with clients to guide teams through operational change. Build buy-in, plan for training and adoption, and anticipate support needs to ensure successful rollout.
  • Support AI-Driven Innovation
Where applicable, translate AI concepts into practical product features. Advocate for responsible use of AI and ensure client feedback loops are built into delivery.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally with at least 2 years working as a Technical Project Manager
  • Proven ability to lead discovery independently by asking the right questions, mapping complex workflows, and translating requirements into actionable plans.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and project management skills helping to keep deliverables on track and risks visible.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to tailor your style for business, technical, and executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated comfort working in ambiguous, evolving environments where you self-direct and proactively surface risks and blockers.
  • Experience balancing client specific delivery approaches, rather than wedded to a single format, with realistic timelines and quality standards, especially in matrixed organizations.
  • A track record of driving adoption and change management for complex technology solutions in large or regulated organizations.
  • Proven history of successfully building and launching new products or services from concept to delivery.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven solutions in healthcare is desired.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
