Your product portfolio will be critical to our company's operational excellence and will include:

What You’ll Take On:
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for the Technology Enablement product portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technology strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between the Technology Enablement team and key stakeholders across the business, including engineering leadership, enterprise architects, security teams, and representatives from various labels. Effectively communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress.
  • User-Centricity: Drive a deep understanding of internal user needs, pain points, and workflows through research, feedback sessions, and data analysis. Ensure that solutions are designed to enhance employee productivity and experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering managers and enterprise architects to ensure solutions are technically sound, scalable, secure, and align with our enterprise architecture principles.
  • Adoption & Impact Measurement: Partner with Product Owners and enablement specialists to drive the adoption of new tools and features. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of enablement products.
  • Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in the collaboration, developer tools, and DevOps spaces. Evaluate and recommend new tools or enhancements to existing platforms.
  • Governance & Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for product management and product ownership within the Technology Enablement team.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Passion for improving employee experience and productivity through technology.
Preferred Qualifications:

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
