This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Thought leadership and Evangelization of Experimentation to the organization and educate stakeholders on key concepts.

  • Help drive Experimentation program transformation to support a rapidly growing business.

  • Ensure sound experimental design and quality.

  • Look for opportunities to improve scale and velocity of testing.

  • Expanding partnerships with new teams to leverage Experimentation.

  • Create data-driven decision making across e-commerce that encourages validating or disproving assumptions about how we believe customers may react to various site experience scenarios.

  • Ensure the alignment, buy-in, and support of diverse stakeholders by building and maintaining trusting relationships with internal customers and senior management.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).

  • 2 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.

  • 1 year of experience in product and/or experience management.

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree.

  • Certified Scrum Product OwnerHands on experience in experimentation (A/B Testing).

  • Testing tools e.g. EPPO, Statsig , Optimizely, Adobe Target.

  • Analytics tools e.g. Adobe analytics, Biq query, SQL, Python.

  • Statistical knowledge e.g. p-values, confidence intervals, Bayesian, probability, causal inference.

  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization.

  • Experience working closely with senior leadership.

  • Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables.
