As a Product Manager at AIQ, you’ll play a pivotal role in translating ideas into real-world solutions that drive both business value and customer delight. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to build and launch innovative features. We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving industry and is equally comfortable zooming out to define the vision and diving into the details to deliver it.

This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and priorities

  • Translate vision into actionable specs, user stories, and roadmaps

  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue and expand market share

  • Communicate product roadmap and feature updates to both internal and external audiences

  • Align teams and drive projects to successful, on-time delivery

  • Troubleshoot bottlenecks and unblock engineering teams

  • Track performance and impact of product releases

  • Maintain clear, up-to-date user-facing documentation

  • Serve as the go-to person for product questions and escalations

What You Bring

  • Proven success in building and launching consumer products

  • Background or interest in ecommerce, loyalty, or marketing platforms

  • Experience using data to inform product decisions

  • Self-starter mentality with a get-it-done approach

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communicator and cross-functional team player

  • Obsessed with solving problems and delivering value

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus)

  • Experience in rapidly scaling SaaS companies

Work Requirements

  • A quiet, professional workspace with reliable, secured high-speed internet

  • Ability to present on camera for collaborative and customer-facing interactions

  • Ability to sit for long periods and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds

  • Must use company-provided equipment at all times for work purposes
