Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop strong functional and technical understanding of Branded Card product family, technology platforms, operations and servicing, to assist in the delivery of technology solutions. Develop strong partnerships with the Area Product owners and cross functional stakeholders to develop a robust product roadmap. Write user stories and contribute to the work in the team(s) sprints. Coordinate and communicate sprint, testing and implementation schedules. Comprehend card product platforms with UI's, API's, Services and data driven insights. Identify potential roadblocks and develop recommendations to address for delivery issues, change requests, pre-release QA and production issues. Monitor product performance and industry assessments to assist in reporting, dashboards, stakeholder reviews and best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Applied Computer Science or in a related field of study plus 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Associate, QA Tester, Associate- Projects, or in a related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Applied Computer Science or in a related field of study. plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Product Manager, Associate, QA Tester, Associate- Projects, or in a related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience in the following: Delivering large and complex initiatives across multiple functional and product groups in a high demand environment leveraging both the Agile and Waterfall methodologies; Performing analysis on the Architecture developed on the AWS platform and interact with technical teams to implement the solution based on the architecture; Leveraging Agile project management methodologies, including use of agile project management tools like Jira, Jira Align and Confluence; Documenting and delivering comprehensive, high-quality Business Requirements and runs joint application development (JAD) sessions among the products and tech teams to implement the Feature(s); Documenting the customer journey and identify ways to improve customer pain points based on process optimization, technology, change management, and/or communication; Leveraging deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, guides the successful launch of products, gathers crucial feedback, and ensure seamless client experiences; Leading product life cycle activities for assigned initiatives including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management; Ensuring high-quality output and artifacts for design, development, test architecture, and UX design by leveraging standard methodologies including requirements, quick reads and testing acceptance criteria leveraging Gherkhen format; Using Platform Ul's, API's, and data analytics to effectively deliver products and experiences to support the customer card journey; and Partnering with Design, Technology, Data, Operations and Servicing for resourcing, controls, readiness, and delivery via Platform Ul's, API's and Data Analytics to deliver products and experiences to support the customer card journey.
