Recently, Transifex was acquired by XTM! By merging with the XTM product portfolio, we gain access to enterprise-scale translation management infrastructure, expansive out-of-the-box integrations, and a significantly increased investment into our product roadmap.

The Role
As a Product Manager at Transifex, you will have a big impact on shaping product direction and consecutively on the success of our product. You will be a catalyst for reaching optimal solutions and syncing on expectations across departments. You will help our team focus on what’s important and you’ll be a problem solver for our customers. After all, you will push Transifex even further and help us realize our mission to break down language barriers by making localization accessible to everyone. Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Shape and coordinate the execution of the product roadmap based on internal stakeholder and customer feedback, ensuring alignment with both business goals and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, conduct discovery sessions, and present the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.
- Agile Leadership: Champion Agile values and principles, facilitating communication across teams and ensuring successful product releases.
- Product Specifications & Communication: Create clear, comprehensive product specs to ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Execution & Delivery: Oversee product releases, monitor KPIs, and iterate after release to ensure the delivery of short-term roadmaps and high-impact solutions.
- Innovation & AI Integration: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and actively incorporate them into product development. Explore and experiment with new AI technologies to continuously improve the product and meet evolving customer needs.
- Market & Industry Insights: Be a strategy-minded leader who gains insights into the localization industry, market, and competitors, identifying market opportunities and pushing the product forward.
- Brand Advocacy: Be a Transifex promoter, representing the company and its values both internally and externally.

- 3+ years of professional experience in a technical environment. Experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) or startups is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Top-notch communication skills. This role is pivotal to the effective flow of communication across different teams in the organization.
- Experience in analyzing data from various data-gathering resources (GA, Mixpanel, DB-SQL). You should love data and data analytics, data visualization, SQL, and dashboard design.
- Proven experience with AI technologies, actively utilizing AI-powered tools and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to see and articulate the connections between small backlog items and the big strategic business goals.
