Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare benefits, accumulators, and copay programs. This role is critical in developing and managing products that streamline accumulator tracking, optimize copay solutions, and enhance the user experience for payers, providers, and patients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and satisfaction across healthcare systems.


Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap focused on accumulator management, copay programs, and related healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the accumulator and copay landscape.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Act as a liaison between payers, providers, and technology teams to gather and prioritize requirements.

Product Development & Optimization:

  • Define and document detailed product requirements for accumulator tracking and copay solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to build scalable, user-friendly tools.
  • Test and refine products based on stakeholder feedback and performance data.

Compliance & Regulations:

  • Ensure all products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and other industry standards.
  • Monitor changes in healthcare policies affecting accumulators and copays, adjusting strategies as needed.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Analyze user data and metrics to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring data supports decision- making processes.

Customer Support & Training:

  • Provide support and training to clients and internal teams on new features and updates.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accumulator and copay functionalities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or health- tech industry.
  • Proven expertise in accumulators, copay programs, and healthcare payment systems.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance, benefits design, and payment processing.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with PBMs (Pharmacy Benefit Managers), EHR systems, or claims processing software is a plus
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and trends impacting healthcare payments is a plus

We are ideally looking for someone to work out of our Princeton, NJ office or any of our other locations 3 days per week; Boston, NYC, Palm Beach Florida. We may consider remote candidates.

Salary Range: 100,000 - 140,000
