Your Purpose

Fleet: Guardians | Squad: Accounts Management

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and execution of our operations systems, focusing on the development of customer account management. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to create efficient, scalable solutions that support Bitso's rapid growth.

This role requires a strong leader who can manage complex requirements that aligns efficiency, security and user experience world-class tools. You will be instrumental in building the single source of truth of customers' data and their accounts while focusing on security, high availability and assuring simplicity that handles retail and institutional customers.

This Product Manager will lead accounts management domain for customers. This critical project will:

  • Provide a secure and scalable system for Bitso’s teams and customers.
  • Simplify and amplify existing capabilities and features
  • Strategize products towards modern AI generative capabilities.
  • Replace our legacy systems and processes.

Engineering Director

Who You Are 

  • Proven experience working as Product Manager to drive high-impact results
  • Demonstrated expertise with Authentication and Identity Management Systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise with critical and highly available systems
  • Strong background in building data-driven solutions by building end-to-end products that properly separates transactional / analytical data.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with Software Architecture Design and tradeoffs for highly available, reliable and scalable systems
  • Proven track record of using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) metrics model to align team goals with business strategy.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to negotiate and align diverse interests from business, retail, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

What You Will Do 

  • Manage the customer's account domain, providing guidance, roadmap definition and alignment while partnering with engineering
  • Define the product vision and roadmap for Bitso's central systems that affects roadmap and result for retail and institutional customers
  • Oversee the integration and strategy for Authentication, Identity Management and integrate them to the account management
  • Utilize the OKR model to set ambitious goals, track progress, and measure the success of the product group.
  • Work with engineers, engineering managers and designers to prioritize features, ensuring the technical feasibility and user-centricity of our solutions.
  • Conduct internal discovery and user testing to validate concepts and iterate based on feedback from Operations and different Business Units.
