Define and prioritize product features, bugs, and improvements for Preset and Apache Superset. Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver and validate functionality, write specs and user-facing documentation, coordinate launches with marketing, gather feedback from customers and the open-source community, and shape product strategy based on competitive research and user interviews.
Preset is the open data consumption platform, built on Apache Superset™ — the world's leading open-source BI project. We're on a mission to make data beautiful, portable, and open for everyone: humans, developers, and AI agents alike.
We're a remote-first, globally distributed team that values autonomy, ownership, and creative problem-solving. We ship fast, collaborate in the open, and believe in empowering people to do their best work, wherever they are.
Preset unifies BI, embedded analytics, and APIs into one extensible, AI-ready platform. We're rethinking what modern analytics looks like: from dashboards and SQL exploration to in-app analytics and agentic workflows.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll define and prioritize product improvements, partner closely with engineering and design to deliver them, and help shape how we build open-source–powered features that serve both Apache Superset and Preset.
If you love open source, believe software should be transparent and customizable, and want to help shape the future of data consumption, you'll fit right in!
