Wingtra is a leader in aerial insights company through its product lines in robotic with WingtraRAY fix-wing drone and field and office workflows and products, and we are looking for a customer-obsessed and commercially minded Product Manager – WingtraCLOUD Platform, that will take responsibilities of the management for our Office Software in the Survey & Civil Engineering space taking ownership of the success of our software offerings such as WingtraCLOUD Pro and Unlimited. 

This role focuses on defining and scaling high-value office workflows for professionals in surveying, civil engineering, and infrastructure management, while contributing to meaningful work that also supports climate resilience, environmental conservation, and scientific research.

You will collaborate closely with our Product Design Manager, Drone Platform and Field Workflows PMs, and Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to ensure seamless customer experiences and strong go-to-market execution. This role offers true ownership and the chance to shape a platform that’s used globally — from state DOTs and construction firms to teams monitoring glaciers and protecting rainforests.

This role can be based either at our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, or remotely within the United States. We do not accept remote work arrangements from other countries.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the WingtraCLOUD office software experience to support surveyors and civil engineers in transforming drone data into actionable insights
  • Define clear value propositions and software packages (Pro, Unlimited) that align with customer workflows and needs
  • Collaborate with the Product Design Manager to drive continuous UX improvements based on real user behavior
  • Develop the Business cases and PRDs to develop your product offering success and deliver success products that solve real problems for your target customers
  • As the PM for WingtraCLOUD, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering, design, sales, and marketing, ensuring our software delivers both technical excellence and commercial success
  • Partner with PMMs to integrate buyer intelligence and competitive analysis into the product roadmap and messaging
  • Work cross-functionally with Drone Platform and Field Workflows PMs to ensure seamless end-to-end workflows
  • Launch and scale software monetization programs, including attach-rate growth, upgrades, and retention efforts
  • Enable commercial teams with product training, playbooks, and objection-handling assets tailored to software applications and use cases
  • Analyze usage data to increase adoption and continuously improve onboarding, feature usage, and customer satisfaction
  • Be the evangelist of the surveying and civil engineering use cases and applications for Wingtra Drones and drive the shift of Wingtra transformation to an aerial insight company inside wingtra, with our partners and in the market

Requirements

  • 2 - 3y related experience or background in Surveying or Civil Engineering as either service provider, working in engineering firms or in AEC related companies 
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, with a strong strategic and customer focus mindset
  • Commercial and Sales mindset to drive and empower our regional and partner commercial teams on how to pitch your product offering
  • Hands-on experience with AEC or geospatial software tools such as Pix4D Matic, Civil 3D, TBC, Leica Cyclone, BricsCAD, ESRI ArcGIS, or AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams
  • Passion for solving real-world problems with functional, usable and scalable solutions
  • Ability to travel worldwide in average 30% to 40%

Plus

  • Experience in SaaS product management
  • Experience working in partner/channel environments or supporting regional sales
  • Familiarity with tools such as Pix4D Matic, Civil 3D, TBC, Leica Cyclone, Briscad, or GIS/CAD systems such as Autocad Civil 3D, ESRI ArcGIS, Trimble Business Center etc.
  • Experience in setting up commercial frameworks for B2B in an indirect mode “Selling through distributors and re-sellers”
