Your Role: 

Alpaca is seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to spearhead our Wealth Management/RIA focus products. Join us at Alpaca (https://alpaca.markets/hiring) to play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing our product suite designed specifically for Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and the wealth management sector. Things You Get To Do:
  • Define and manage the product roadmap for wealth management and RIA focused API products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to develop robust and compliant solutions.
  •  Engage with RIAs and wealth management professionals to gather feedback and understand market needs.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Analyze product data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and feature enhancements.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Present product strategies and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are (Must-Haves):
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager with a focus on wealth management and RIA products or on capital market products.
  • Deep understanding of the RIA landscape, wealth management practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with fintech solutions and API-driven platforms.
  • Based in the USA/Canada, or have similar domestic business experience
