As a Product Manager within Global Benefits-Total Rewards, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
You will be seen as a leader on a growing, highly visible team. Job responsibilities
  • Develop a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Own, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Build the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
  • Engage across 3rd party partners to reimagine how we drive awareness and engagement with our benefits and wellness offering for Total Rewards .
  • Lead product discovery, opportunity assessments, product requirement documentation, solution charters, and delivery of exceptional experiences
  • Partner with distributed technical and design teams to build truly reimagined experiences
  • Leverage the product strategy to prioritize the work and how it gets done

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Demonstrable past experience of working with 3 rd party vendors to partner and execute on shared customer experiences
  • Adept at tailoring communications and strategy across a wide array of technical and non-technical stakeholders and partners.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility through your knowledge of the customer and business objectives
  • A high degree of tact and effective negotiation skills with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Capable of blending qualitative and quantitative techniques to generate new insights

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Background of leading product initiatives in HR or Customer Experience
  • Emerging skillset and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Machine Learning (ML)
