📐 About this role

WRITER is experiencing an incredible market moment as generative AI transforms how work gets done. We're not just enabling new ways to generate content — we're unlocking entirely new ways to orchestrate and scale work across the enterprise.

As companies move from experimentation to production, the hardest challenge isn’t building agents — it’s supervising them. That’s where you come in. We're hiring a product manager to lead Supervise: a brand-new product surface dedicated to helping enterprises manage, monitor, and scale agents safely and effectively.

This is not an “admin dashboard” role. This is about building a first-of-its-kind operating system for AI oversight. From escalation paths to agent performance insights to governance and policy enforcement, you’ll be inventing the infrastructure that allows every team — from Legal to RevOps — to trust, monitor, and scale their AI workforce.

You will report to our Director of product.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities
  • Define the future of agent supervision: observability, controls, escalations, and safety features to unlock enterprise trust

  • Collaborate across design, engineering, and customer success to invent entirely new interaction patterns for hybrid human-AI teams

  • Partner with compliance, IT, and security leaders at Global 2000 companies to deeply understand their risk and governance needs

  • Set the product vision for supervising agents across scale — from 10 agents to 10,000

  • Drive roadmap, execution, and cross-functional alignment for the Supervise product area

⭐️ Is this you?
  • 6+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or platform tooling

  • Strong background in governance, observability, or risk tooling — or a hunger to break into that space

  • Comfortable working from first principles to define entirely new product surfaces

  • You’ve built 0-to-1 products or product lines with high ambiguity and high impact

  • Bonus: Experience in ML observability, security platforms, or compliance automation

  • Bonus: Background in or empathy for highly regulated environments (e.g. finance, healthcare)

🍩 Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees)

  • Generous PTO, plus company holidays

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family

  • Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)

  • Fertility and family planning support

  • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri

  • Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options

  • Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution

  • Annual work-life stipends for:

    • Home office setup, cell phone, internet

    • Wellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc.

    • Learning and development stipend

  • Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites

  • Competitive compensation, company stock options and 401k

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
